1. Geographic coverage
The products offered through this website are available for shipment in Spanish territory and internationally.
2. Transportation and shiping costs
The shipment will be made through an external company General Logistics Systems. All shipping conditions and responsibility for the delivery of the product will be assumed by the transport company.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of each of the products offered by PJ by Paula Junyent, these will be calculated at the time of payment according to the total amount of the order and the delivery address of the product.
It will apply free shipping for orders over 150 euros for Spain and the European Union. We have the pick-up service in our offices located at C/Joan D'Àustria 95, 5-2, Barcelona, Spain, at time from 10:30 a 14:30 y de 16:30 a 20:30. Orders to pick up from PJ by Paula Junyent facilities have no shipping surcharge.
3. Delivery times
- The approximate delivery time whitin the Peninunsula is 2 to 5 days.
- The approximate delivery time for other countries will be communicated to the customer, upon request by email.
Once the order has been shipped, the User may receive an email with the information of the order to transport company. In addition, the shipping company may send and email to the customer, making it easier to track the product. In case you are not the address you provided for the delivery, the product will be kept for the period of seven days in the destination delegation until the User goes on to pick it up.
Sometimes PJ by Paula Junyent can activate the shipment in fast delivery mode at Christmas parties or some special offer before the holiday.
